JACKIE QUICK, OWNER - staff bios

The purpose of staff bios, is for you, as the consumer, to get to know a little about our team on a personal basis.  We consider ourselves the "BEST" salon in our area.  By getting to know us, we feel you will understand why we can say that, and be motivated to come in and see for yourselves.   

Hi, I'm Jackie.  I was born and raised right here in BA!  Graduated from BA High School and went to cosmetology school at Broken Arrow Beauty College. (wonderful school by the way)  I have been a nail technician/manicurist for 16 years. My sister, Julie Burton, has been a hair stylist for 23 years.  She owned Main St. Studio which is now Rumors, I went to work for her in the salon in 1991.  In 1996, I bought this salon which was then Hair-itage & Co. owned by Carolyn Brown.  I changed the name to After Fx Spa & Salon in 1997.  So, I've been a salon owner for 11 years.  I am so proud of my salon.  I have a team that none can compare to.  A salon is only as good as the people that work there, that's why I know our salon is the "BEST" in Broken Arrow.  We have passion, commitment to customer service, integrity and extremely talented individuals.  We are continually looking for ways to grow and better our businesses.  That's why education is of utmost importance to our team.  If you are looking for a salon with heart, that cares and strives to customize and individualize our services to meet your needs, you need to look no further.  We are eagerly waiting to meet you.
